Use Locktite: Wheel Adapters and Spacers
Without instructions I tightened them to 100ftlbs and rode about 80 miles at just over 80mph and my wheel fell off . Mixed up the adapter but I put it back in green Loctite and haven't had any problems since I've ridden it for about 400 miles.
