I can't afford the latest TVGuardian for my HDTV but it still works and I have it is connected to an HDTV and has a cable box. It censors entire sentences. I'm not sure if the latest TVGuardian just censors words or removes whole sentences. But I only paid about $20, which is way better than nothing for today's TV babble!
