If you're looking for a mouse for everyday use, I'm not sure this mouse will last. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive yet reliable mouse for systems that are not used often, then this is a solid choice. I have several of these connected to video surveillance systems. Systems are usually just browsed, but if you need to interact with menus or zoom in, the only way is with the mouse (there's no keyboard), so the mouse definitely needs to work reliably. These mice turned out to be the best ticket. They are easy to use, lie comfortably in the hand and move smoothly. But most importantly, they just work.
