The first disappointment is that you can't brew a carafe and a K-cup at the same time. Two separate tanks, but still can't use both. Also, the K-cup brew was much slower than the cheap kerug it replaced. It's been six months and I get up without coffee (earlier than everyone else). The K-Cup compartment simply evaporates and water drips onto the counter. This manufacturer is descaled every month. The vapor does not appear to flow through the K cup. Descaled again, but without better results. I contacted Brim and they sent me a PDF user manual but that doesn't help. Time for a new coffee maker.
