I initially gave this product 5 stars because I liked it; However, one side of the concoction stopped working after less than two months! Garbage. So angry.

I liked the coffee maker until the morning I poured water into the tank and it poured out from the bottom as fast as I poured. The seal broke at the base.

Coffee pot worked great but stopped 3 months after purchase. Now it takes an hour to brew 1/4 cup of coffee. I contacted the warranty department, didn't hear anything for a week.

The manufacturer does not support this product. We had leaks every watering. The lid will not close, causing hot coffee to squirt out. I contacted them by phone and email, they sent me a photo, now a video, as well as a written explanation and documentation of the purchase. I will not recommend this product! Terrible customer service! I still have no solution!

The first disappointment is that you can't brew a carafe and a K-cup at the same time. Two separate tanks, but still can't use both. Also, the K-cup brew was much slower than the cheap kerug it replaced. It's been six months and I get up without coffee (earlier than everyone else). First, the design or shape of the front cover is tilted inward, making the label difficult to read. It gets better when you know which key to press each time! Setting the clock wasn't easy, setting the morning brew was even harder! 2) NO storage space for an extra part you don't use! 3) Had to use waterproof Duck Tape to cover the overflow holes on the back so I could get 16 ounces of water into the K cup side! At first my husband and I loved this coffee maker because it had both a cup for brewing lots of coffee and a K-cup side. It worked great BUT ONLY 9 MONTHS!
