8 month recap: So after a monthly cleaning when I brewed a cup of tea in the K cup dispenser yesterday it was working and working for about 7 minutes before I disable it manually. In the morning I did a cleaning, same thing. He evaporated from the water without pouring it into the cup. After adding more water I restarted it and it ran for about 10 minutes trying to brew water before the entire machine suddenly shut down and lost power to it. Although I was initially pleased with the poor quality product, I expect anything I buy to last at least a year. My last coffee pot lasted 12 years and it actually still works, I was just trying to get a K cup supplement. I expressly do not recommend this product. It's been a month since I received it. So far it's been good. I like the design of the coffee pot, it pours more easily than a regular coffee pot. What I don't like are the buttons. Each of them has something to do with time, but they're not well labeled. How to set the main time? How do I set the autorun time? How do I set the auto shut off time? I lost power once and had to open the manual again to remember exactly how I did it the first time. I doubt I'll remember again, so next time I lose power I'll have to go through the instructions again.
