At first my husband and I loved this coffee maker because it had both a cup for brewing lots of coffee and a K-cup side. It worked great BUT ONLY 9 MONTHS! The k-side of the cup no longer works properly. Now it constantly evaporates and can pose a fire hazard. I am very disappointed that we paid $119 for a coffee maker that broke in half in less than a year. I was even more concerned when I saw that the price is now $149 and after re-reading the customer reviews; I see that a K-cup failure is a common problem and customer support is almost non-existent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
