First, the design or shape of the front cover is tilted inward, making the label difficult to read. It gets better when you know which key to press each time! Setting the clock wasn't easy, setting the morning brew was even harder! 2) NO storage space for an extra part you don't use! 3) Had to use waterproof Duck Tape to cover the overflow holes on the back so I could get 16 ounces of water into the K cup side! On the other hand, the stainless steel thermal cookware fits under my old coffee machine, and that's just great! As for the taste of coffee? Can't say I can tell any difference between this one and my old one!
