Warning: My device fell apart within the first 2 hours of use.

I am deducting two stars because the unit fell apart within the first 2 hours of normal use. I've compared it to a similarly constructed Werner model that I've been using for several weeks. The difference is that Werner's model used lock nuts, which did not loosen. This product uses regular hex nuts, not lock washers. Thus, it is natural that the screw is loosened. Can be used as a storage platform, but I no longer use it as a standing platform. It is too dangerous.
