Extremely soft! And definitely alot of hair in one pack. I did have to do the Apple Cider Vinegar wash because of the alkaline coating on the hair. But even after the wash, then shampoo & condition, the hair was in great condition. I was worried it would get tangled & messy. Tight braid, wash treatment, dry, then good to go!
- Doesn’t dip well in extremely hot water
- The product may be too slippery and slide out of braids easily
