I was a bit disappointed at first - after 4 months of daily use the lock function got stuck and prevented me from unlocking my bike for a day. However when they contacted Via Velo they promptly sent me a new lock free of charge which was much appreciated. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and appreciate the attentive customer service. If you use this lock regularly I would recommend oiling/greasing the lock regularly to keep it from becoming stiff and sticking. And should there ever be a problem, you can contact Via Velo through Revain to resolve it.
