Paint is blowing and flaking
Two months of very thorough fresh water maintenance and the paint is bursting and flaking from the inside. It comes off in the form of flakes that look attractive to the fish. This is dangerous as they will try to eat it. From the outside the paint looks much better, but something different was used on the inside. I don't recommend it for aquarium, may work better in dry environment.
