We bought this to allow our bikes to cover 1000+ miles for family fun. Very easy to assemble, no prior knowledge required. The straps securing the bike are strong and attach easily to a 2" hitch. The bike has never wobbled and as far as I know the bike has not damaged the luggage rack in any way. The hook moves slightly during movement, but not enough to trigger an alarm. Suitable for 2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes with training wheels. But I believe that BENETA made another stand that can bring in more money. No need to buy velcro straps as they come with 4 strips. Overall a great bike rack, great value, for 4 bikes!
