Non-Prefabricated Flush Mount Light Bar
I assumed the light mount brackets would be flush with the ceiling. However, they hang freely from the round base. For flush mounting, it must be screwed to the ceiling and is not prefabricated for this purpose. It's an attractive fixture and I'll be happy with it once I've made my adjustments. For the price, I think there should have been pre-drilled holes and screws to allow the metal rod to be installed flush with the ceiling. Also, the instructions were far from perfect, so installation took a little longer.
