Not smooth at all. Clumps of paint/ink.
These are not good markers compared to other brands I own. The flow is uneven, the paint/ink collects at the tip of the pen and does not spread over the surface to be decorated. As a result, everything looks sloppy and sloppy. Very disappointed.
