These hold up well.
Instead of pushing the dirt into small grooves with a flat squeegee, the little fingers in the squeegee pull it out and also clean the surface much better. The surface is uneven or smooth, but has grooves where dirt can penetrate. I wash them in the washing machine with detergent and some bleach. Don't put them in the dryer as they can shrink a bit and wear out.
