This is a functional but not EXACT OEM replacement as the original fan uses MagLev magnetic bearings. However, it fits perfectly and restores the cooling operation within the Intel NUC PC to a safe level. I bought it for. With this replacement, the processor core temperature is higher than when using the original fan when it was new and clean.
