Best kitchen tool in a long time! I find that kitchen appliances are often unnecessarily large and awkward to use. Maybe it's just part of the oversized culture I live in. So it was a pleasure to find this whisk, the perfect size for efficient, quality use. The grip is solid and the weight is okay. It's not very difficult, but I find it very helpful to keep the dry ingredients in the bowl instead of dusting around. I wash it in the dishwasher and it looks brand new!
