A modest tire size change to 33 with 3.73 gears on my 2014 JKU left me unsatisfied with Jeep performance. The snap was gone and it was noticeably sluggish when pulling my popup. Can't afford shifting (at the moment), but lots of forums and other literature suggest that adjusting the programmed tire size can make a difference. Let me tell you it was absolutely true. Plug it into the OBDC port, choose a few simple options, and in minutes I'm back to (almost) original performance. Great! Full disclosure, the device I received was not working when I received it and remained so despite an online update. This was supposed to be a review killer, but the guys at Superchips blew it out of the park with their service. A clear, detailed and lengthy fix attempt was made over the phone and through online updates. When that failed the tech said he would turn the tech over to check and they would get back to me. And then they did. Literally in a few hours. A hardware problem is suspected and they are sending me a new unit with a prepaid return label. My good one arrived the next morning and is immaculate. The bottom line is this product is easy to use, makes a difference in performance and the people who maintain it REALLY support it. It is worth the price of the entrance ticket. pull the trigger
