The bristles of this toothbrush are very hard! The hardest thing I've ever seen - and that's exactly what I wanted! In the 1st he was almost too hard. But after a while they softened a bit and are now very comfortable to wear. I really like this toothbrush and it is exactly what I was hoping for. It looks like it was made in England but it didn't take long to get here. I'm considering ordering another one to have on hand when this wears out in case I can't find it in the future. On the other hand, I am sure that the one I have will wear out for a very, very long time! My teeth are as clean as ever and if you are looking for a hard bristle toothbrush then this is it!
