I love Epicurean cutting boards and wouldn't use anything else. I was initially won over by the fact that they are dishwasher safe and can be easily cleaned by knives; That they are stable and available with non-slip corners makes them swoon. I first came across this brand at a wonderful cooking class in beautiful downtown Charleston, South Carolina and immediately threw away my glass, plastic, and bamboo cutting boards. I never looked back They make a great gift for anyone who spends time in the kitchen. You can cut the vegetables on one side and turn them over to cook the meat. Get a few small ones for everyday fruit and veg cutting.
