The best part about this service is that it allows for multiple bidding options, such as auction style vs. fixed price. It's easy to set up and has great community support. There are no real downsides. Some of our customers had been using other services that they were not familiar with, so we chose PBPB over them. However since then we have heard nothing but good reviews! We just signed up for their new "Pay Per Click" (PPC) service, which offers additional benefits and tracking capabilities, so we'll be sure to update the review when that goes live. I like that this program is very easy to use. It has the ability to track bids, offers, time left, etc. The only thing I dislike about this software is that it can be difficult at times to find certain things. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for an auction software. This is a great way to keep track of items being sold and make sure they are getting what they deserve. We have been able to keep track of our inventory as well as keep track of how much we are spending on items.
