I am very satisfied with this product. I was very skeptical when ordering. I have very rough and very short edges. I couldn't find a flat iron thin enough to fit between the base of the roots and the fingertips holding the hair. Even when my hair was longer and large flat irons fit, they didn't smooth out my edges and bounced back. But this iron can do both!
