The creamy original cleanser with milk and manuka was excellent. I've been using it for over 2 years. When I went to re-order the packaging changed but I didn't think it mattered. As soon as it got here and I tried it I got a red rash. I check the ingredients and now there is citric acid. Which I'm severely allergic to and the main reason I used it in the first place is because it was one of the few that didn't have it. I've compared both containers and the ingredients are nowhere near the same. The new formula is undoubtedly cheaper to manufacture (in terms of ingredients) and the price is now higher too. Counting. Now you're just another price-gouging company trying to boost profits with an inferior product and customer loyalty. If that's what you wanted, well done, you got it!
