Update: Buy Arctic P12 PWM for CPU Coolers Instead I know they look great and look like high quality fans, but alas. CPU fan duo due to their noise and lack of control over their speed. - You can't control the fan speed with the motherboard, only with the fan controller and even with the lowest setting of my fan controller. it's still noisy and when they wear out you can't turn it down enough to keep the noise down + you can't oil them. When these fans wear out. My god the noise and buzz is very annoying and gives me a headache. I disabled them until I had new fans. There is a low noise adapter cable but I don't like these because they get hot. Even out of the box, they are a bit noisy compared to normal fans.
