Do not buy this article! This seller is not certified. The product comes with a lifetime warranty card, but VIPER does not cover the warranty because the seller is not certified. You will lose your money as soon as you have technical problems with the product. After 6 months I had a problem with the remote start battery. The battery doesn't last long enough on a charge so I contacted Viper and they said we couldn't replace the product because the seller isn't certified. I gave them warranty information and proof of purchase but the Viper refused.
