I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this syringe. This was my first attempt at recreating my grandfather's old sausage recipe, so I didn't want to spend hundreds on the filling. The quality and fit of the parts are excellent for something so cheap. The sausage didn't go around the pads and the machine ran better than I expected. You can't go wrong and I expect the larger machines they make are just as good. The sausage turned out great. Since I had no glitches, the next step is venison summer sausage on the same machine.
