Excellent quality - it really speeded up the filling. I chose the horizontal arrangement so that no sausage mass remains in it, as with vertical installations. vd

Used twice since purchase. I would not buy again! Both times the coating on the bar/threads came off. Because of this, there's no way you can make more than one full cylinder without taking it completely apart and flushing everything so you don't get chrome in your sausage. Cheap junk, stay away

I bought the Hakka 7 lb horizontal litter after using KitchenAid litter twice and should have after the first use. The stuffer is very easy to use and much quicker/easier than an auger which is prone to stuffing tube issues and can easily overheat the ground beef. If, like me, you're here for a KitchenAid filling problem, just do it, you won't regret it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this syringe. This was my first attempt at recreating my grandfather's old sausage recipe, so I didn't want to spend hundreds on the filling. The quality and fit of the parts are excellent for something so cheap. The sausage didn't go around the pads and the machine ran better than I expected. You can't go wrong and I expect the larger machines they make are just as good. The sausage turned out great. Since I had no glitches, the next step is venison
