My buddy told me about a cheap step drill he bought that took him half an hour to drill through his stainless steel sink as it dulled almost instantly from one step to the next. I did a little research on YouTube. and found this Temo drill came 2nd place behind the more expensive Dewalt which is made in the same 2 helix configuration as the Temo with only one difference, the Dewalt was gold plated. I ordered Temo online and received it from Revain the next day, free shipping! I drilled a 3/16 pilot hole to have a starting hole at the top of the Temo, although it said you only need to hammer in a nail mark to center. I placed my iPhone next to the sink and to my delight/surprise this son of a bitch cut through a 1 inch hole in less than 10 SECONDS without a single recessed/damaged edge at any point. I actually repeated this process on the second 1" soap dispenser hole. The bit can be returned to the seller and shows no signs of wear. My other main selling point was the beautiful professional grade plastic storage box that my Temo now rests in. Another tip for You: Never attempt to cut stainless steel generally with any oil The oil will heat up and begin to melt/dull the cut edges of the step pad WATER is the preferred refrigerant.
