I use this phone when I work from home and it does its job well. The headset fits well and the people on the other end of the line can hear me perfectly. The dial pad has large keys and is easy to use. My only two issues are that if you press these buttons while using the headset, the noise almost blows out of my ear and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn that off. In addition, as many have already written, the speakerphone is almost useless because you can hardly hear it and there is no way to adjust the volume on it. So if those two things are important to you, I would buy something else. But otherwise it does what I need.
