Sent this suction cup to swim

connected to the phone. and everyone hears crackling and hissing. Worst phone ever! Landed at the bottom of our pool due to disappointment. On the plus side, it looks like it eliminated static electricity and killed the phone once and for all. It's worth it!

Great phone. I wanted to be hands-free and .

Excellent phone. I wanted my hands free and my neck was stiff from my old phone. I use the headset all the time. People tell me they can't tell I'm wearing a headset. I think the phone's speaker is not loud enough. I haven't figured out how to increase the volume when using the speakerphone.

Decent phone, all functions work as promised, but .

Decent phone, all features work as promised but the headset that came with it showed heavy feedback after only 45 days of use. I've never pulled, stepped on, or damaged the cord and no wobble will get it working. Broadcast to two other bases, including one on a separate line, so it's definitely a headset. Very frustrating. But that is only a small part of the whole.

This phone sucks: Headphones

I've been selling phones from home for over 25 years and have several different phones. That's the worst. To determine the number of the caller, I only get the number. No names like other phones. The speakerphone is just terrible. Worst of all, I can't take calls through the headset. When I want to make an outgoing call I just press the headset button and it works fine. However, every time I get an incoming call and press the headset button, the call is automatically disconnected. I've tried…

Could be a great phone with some improvements

It almost worked for me I had the following problems: The speakerphone volume was too low and sometimes the microphone didn't pick up my voice loud enough for the person I was talking to. Handset volume was generally good, but on some calls I wish it was louder. .The volume control applies only to the headset, not to the handset or speakerphone. I was usually able to easily switch between handset, headset and speakerphone. But I couldn't today during a long conversation and got stuck on the…

It does its job but has a few problems

I use this phone when I work from home and it does its job well. The headset fits well and the people on the other end of the line can hear me perfectly. The dial pad has large keys and is easy to use. My only two issues are that if you press these buttons while using the headset, the noise almost blows out of my ear and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn that off. In addition, as many have already written, the speakerphone is almost useless because you can hardly hear it and there is no…

  • Alright!
Cons
  • The list will be long.

I bought this phone last month and I love it. I work from home as a telemarketer and make 150-300 calls a day on this phone. I've used very expensive Plantronix and Vxi phones and headsets in the past, paying $150-$300 for them, and found I had problems with callers not hearing me well. There are no such problems with this phone. It comes with a phone, a headset, an earpiece and a stand to hang the headset in one place. Nothing extra to buy like other companies. It has an easy to read caller ID

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Fits

I have this phone temporarily from home due to a sudden event that damaged the building where I work out of work, and for $50 this is the phone too expensive. A phone of comparable quality costs about $20 (I know this because I've [deliberately] bought cheap phones in the past and Revain.com now sells phones for $20). For $50 I was expecting something better, like it working as advertised. If I had known the quality beforehand I would not have bought this phone. Basically, I spent about $30 on…
