It almost worked for me I had the following problems: The speakerphone volume was too low and sometimes the microphone didn't pick up my voice loud enough for the person I was talking to. Handset volume was generally good, but on some calls I wish it was louder. .The volume control applies only to the headset, not to the handset or speakerphone. I was usually able to easily switch between handset, headset and speakerphone. But I couldn't today during a long conversation and got stuck on the phone (which was too low), so I reluctantly decided to return the phone.
