That's awesome! I love it and plan on getting the plus sizes too! You just put your teeth on the small curved part and bite down. You can heat it up in hot water to make an impression with your teeth, but I really didn't see much of a difference. The instructions suggested something like 3 sets of 15 reps daily, but I get more results from doing 3 sets of 100 reps every 4 days. It only takes a few minutes!
