I like how easy it was for me as an intern at this firm of accountants/CPAs in Phoenix AZ - which has offices nationwide-to use their software! It's fairly intuitive once you get used to its layout but there are some things I think could be improved upon like adding more features or perhaps having better search options available? The program helps us keep track of our clients by allowing them access all information we have collected over time about each client through various social media platforms such as Twitter; LinkedIn(optional); Google+Google Analyticsand Microsoft Excel via file uploads from within MENTIONLYTICS itself.-The only drawback with using THIS PROGRAM is not being able to view certain files if they were uploaded after your last logon session unless another user logs into YOUR ACCOUNT so then YOU can see what THEY saw! So far everything else seems pretty good although sometimes when searching keywords one would expect results back.
