Review on Mission Belt Mens Ratchet Leather Men's Accessories ... Belts by Robert Gomatham

I have several mission belts, everything was fine until recently. As you can see in the picture, one of my belts has a large vertical tear near the buckle. The company claims that their product is synthetic coated leather. I've never seen my skin react like that. This material feels and behaves very differently from leather (such a gap is typical of man-made material). I contacted Mission to share my dissatisfaction but they didn't want to endorse their product and decided not to answer my questions about their product's ingredients until I insisted several times. They did not defend their product - in my opinion this is a glaring quality issue that should be addressed. My advice is to avoid this product/company. If you're looking for quality/durability, look for something made out of "genuine" leather.
