This back strap for the standard Quest 2 makes wearing the headset more comfortable for long periods of time. By distributing force and pressure over a larger area along the back of the skull, pressure points and general discomfort are relieved at both the front and rear contact points. It also makes it easier to adjust the earcups to the desired position. The fact that this can all be done with a cheap piece of rubber makes me angry that #1 Facebook didn't think of something like this when designing the headband. , and #2 I had to pay close to $20 for something that probably costs less than a dollar to make. I will look into this because the value it gives is worth the money.
