Review on Optimized Reef Octopus 152-S Protein Skimmer by Brooke King

Bought this skimmer to replace the Aquamaxx FC-180 which stopped foaming and would not adjust properly. I run this on an 85 gallon tank with a 20 gallon trigger sump and it fits easily. This Reef Octo Skimmer was slightly more expensive than other skimmers I looked at. But I'm glad I pulled the trigger and bought this item, it was worth the money. I set it to 8-9" water level and dialed it in within minutes. A day later it was already foaming and removing fish poo. And one more thing I didn't expect is you won't hear how it works It doesn't detail how to use it but there are the basic steps I followed and it worked well I want to buy the Reef Ocotopus brand when I started this hobby you live and learn !
