It CAN be configured for both channels, at least on Hubitat and Smartthings
When I paired this with my Hubitat, it connected as "Generic Zigbee Outlet" and only used channel 1. I have the driver set to "Zigbee Generic Multi-Endpoint" changed . Switch", 2 child switches have been added automatically. Child 1 controls channel 1, child 2 controls channel 2, and parents control both at the same time.

- . The smart app turns on and off from anywhere. Why ZigBee? Do you have a bunch of devices on your Wi-Fi network? Is your home WiFi network overloaded, is the internet becoming unstable? Do not worry! Hub + Zigbee, very responsive, fast switching, more stable
