Not Worth The Investment

While searching for reliable smart home solutions, we landed on this product in the "Wiring & Connecting" category in Industrial and Scientific. Using this product, our team found that the quality of this item was below par. The cost was also high, considering the lacking features and materials. The only positive aspect was the easy interlock system.Overall, we would not recommend this product to any hesitant buyer.

It CAN be configured for both channels, at least on Hubitat and Smartthings

When I paired this with my Hubitat, it connected as "Generic Zigbee Outlet" and only used channel 1. I have the driver set to "Zigbee Generic Multi-Endpoint" changed . Switch", 2 child switches have been added automatically. Child 1 controls channel 1, child 2 controls channel 2, and parents control both at the same time.

Can only watch one channel via eero-6 zigbee

The device was immediately recognized by my eero-6 ZigBee or Hubitat C-7 hub, but only one channel was visible as "Light". Try as I might, I couldn't get him to watch another channel. Update: Your support team advised me to use the Sonoff ZigBee bridge. I don't have one and since I can only get by with one channel I won't buy one. I have other Sonoff ZigBee devices that connect to my eero ZigBee hub with no problems. Update: The device eventually disappears from my ZigBee network and requires a
