Disappointing and Unreliable Tailgate Support
According to my experience this tailgate support was a complete letdown. It failed to provide the promised assistance in smoothly opening and closing my truck's tailgate. The installation process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, leaving me frustrated. One pro was its initial sturdy construction .However, this was quickly overshadowed by the cons - poor performance and unreliability, making it not worth the investment..
