I needed a great meal replacement and most bars are depressing to eat. Depressed means I skip lunch so I don't have to eat other bars. NOT WITH THIS! This bar is like eating a candy bar. I'm very picky when it comes to bars. This pole is suitable for all categories! Great taste of caramel and chocolate. There are no huge chunks of rice that make you feel like you're eating sand to fill up. It doesn't taste like peanuts! Also, it didn't go stale because it sat on the shelf for months because nobody needed it. It has a sweet, light scent that fills you up. It was enough to get me through the day. This is the winner!
