I like that it's very easy for me as an owner/operator, my business partner or even our accountant (who is also part-owner) can use this software without needing any training at all! The customer support team are extremely helpful too - they always reply quickly with suggestions if needed so far we have not encountered anything which might be considered negative but everything has been great from start to finish!! We would recommend JTT because you get what your looking after when buying their product; nothing comes up in terms of functionality missing out etc., however there may well come times where something does need tweaking / changing slightly depending upon how busy things become during certain periods e g Christmas time vs New Year period compared to other months within those two weeks). It makes life easier by providing us access 24 hours per day 7 days week 365 days year via mobile devices such laptops & tablets allowing instant data entry into accounting systems whilst away form office premises. This helps reduce paper work considerably therefore saving.
