I'm a hardgainer. I exercise regularly but have always had trouble gaining weight and consuming 3-4,000 calories a day is not sustainable for me. I take 3 scoops twice a day for an additional 1300 calories on top of the 2500+ calories I'm consuming daily and have had really great results for the past 3 weeks. I jumped from 157 to 160 with minimal body fat. Most gainers contain incredible amounts of carbs, so it's great to have a meal replacement that still meets my carb limit of 50g per day.
