Not easy to put on but if you put some lotion on the inside of the Hypershots they slide fine. Make sure you line them up correctly with the handles. When hitting, this resulted in better wrist position and was uncomfortable at first, but eventually, once you got used to it, it helped direct the ball down the middle of the racquet face without a cut or hook.
