How could such a bad product be made?

Once again faced with the quality of production and monstrous Michelin service. In the fall of 2022, there was a one-day trip St. Petersburg-V. Novgorod-St. Petersburg (~ 360 km). Halfway back, I felt a slight pull of the car to the side, which gradually intensified. On the track, an external inspection did not reveal the cause. Already in the city I turned to a gas station, where I checked the pressure - and the truth was that one tire was slightly flat. Pumped up, put the car for the night. In the morning, the tire has already noticeably sat down. Didn't find any damage. I went to the dealer (Michelin representative) for a tire inspection, where they revealed an air leak through the sidewall. However, no visible damage was found. They offered to put a patch, which I flatly refused. I consider the operation of a tire with a broken sidewall unsafe, I don’t want to fly away on the track from the possible destruction of the tire. Especially if the tire has lost its structural integrity for no apparent reason. I postponed the solution of the issue, especially since it was already time to change shoes for the winter. In February 2022, I returned the tire for a complaint. A refusal to compensate comes with a comment (at least stand, at least fall): “The nature of the detected defect and its location on the side wall indicate the occurrence of a defect not as a result of the movement of the vehicle, but as a result of the impact of third parties when the vehicle is parked. ” I wonder how they come up with such answers? Let's imagine a situation that someone really decided to annoy me and puncture a tire. But how can you pierce reinforced multilayer rubber so that you can not find the place of damage? Sewing needle? Laser? How did it turn out to pierce so that I still drove 250+ km, and she started to lower only then? The conclusions are disappointing: 1. The quality of production suffers so much that the tires begin to break down during normal operation. 2. The service is present for show. Inflatable Mr. Michelin on the quality control act shows you to the door. I am attaching a photo of the check, the act and the tire on the car.
