I love the training shirt. Feels light and breathable so I don't sweat like crazy! I'm not sure about all colors but you can see through the shirt especially when it's tight or wet. Not really, I can see your nipples are skinny but I can easily tell your tattoos are skinny! In the gym, who cares, but in public you might need more attention. Of course I'm reviewing a white shirt and that makes it easier to see, probably not a problem with other colors.
