I've tried attaching them to the tank with suction and light rope but they still don't float and don't look like

Do not buy. They don't swim as close as in this picture. Every time I saw them, they would all huddle around the filter. I've tried attaching them to the tank with suction and some light rope and they still don't float, something like the picture.
