Fits the description completely, very satisfying.
Has some pros: Affordable, with a speed index of V, and rather quiet. Unquestionably superior to the Chinese version. Maintains directional control, does not sway excessively in potholes, and reduces speed when it begins to rain. Some cons: Naturally hefty and curved, balanced, with an additional 40-50 grams each wheel. When one considers the cost, there are no disadvantages.
