I've researched to the point of insanity about what I'm using and what kind of food I've been eating etc. In short, I've got a TPO roof on my 2020 Flagstaff 29RSWS. I finally just gave up and bought this stuff. Well, let me tell you that I was VERY impressed with it. My wife and I combined the process. We have tried to follow all the advice and suggestions on the Internet. We started before dark so it was in the shade. Dampen the roof and sides. My wife is tiny so she was on the roof with a spray bottle and broom. She started cleaning and I stood on the steps by the rig and was amazed at how much dirt had come loose. When she started flushing I couldn't believe how dirty the water was. Of course, I then started rinsing the sides again and again to avoid streaks etc. In total it took us about an hour. We've owned the facility for exactly a year and this is the first time we've been tipping the roof. I don't know how long it sat at the dealer without a roof cleaning before we bought it. We've done it and seen how well it worked, we'll be doing it again this fall before preparing for winter and then again for next summer. I highly recommend this product.
