Review on πŸ”§ TONDA 1/2-Inch Scissor Jack Adapter for Drive Tools and Lug Wrenches by Joshua Turner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very convenient! - Car lifts, lifts and jacks

First of all. Do not let the device loose, otherwise the nut will work and loosen. Secondly. Make sure it sits STRAIGHT on the jack so it will not move during use. Third. It works flawlessly, smoothly and quickly (on my 2009 Xterra socket). No wobble, just hold the punch/drill straight. I am using a Ryobi 18 volt damper and it needs to be on the highest level to raise the car. so there is hard work. Keep the threads lubricated, don't rush it up and down (let it cool) and enjoy the easy use of the compact jack. With this mount, the jack doesn't fit all the way into the regular compartment under the seat. It fits just enough to be out of the way, but the carpet shrinks at that end. You can choose not to keep it on all the time, but since the crowbar in my toolbox works for that, I figured why not. Part of the key to smoothness is having the adapter centered on the socket. To do this I had to clamp it between the sockets "jaws". This is a VERY tight fit. Ideal. I want indoor and outdoor distance adapters to be advertised. It would help people to order one for their particular jack. (I will try to measure and update mine)

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Band
